Hi, I’m Oliver Stoner – owner of Prestige Car Service (PCS). I started PCS back in 2007 wanting to offer Mercedes-Benz owners a different option to visiting main dealer. 12 years on, I have a fantastic team of Mercedes Benz trained technicians here to make sure you and your car are in safe hands.

All of our technicians are Mercedes-Benz trained, and we have over 47 years combined experience.
We keep up-to-date with all of the latest training and technology and have recently undertaken Hybrid training, which makes us the only qualified specialist on the South Coast. We believe learning is key and are proactive in seeking out professional development for our staff.

Xentry is the complete diagnosis system that is used to troubleshoot Mercedes-Benz car problems and is the official Mercedes-Benz dealer software. Using the same diagnostic system, we offer exactly the same service (our customers actually think even better) than main dealer.

There are instances when parts are discontinued or sourcing them is particularly challenging. If this happens, we will always discuss your options with you and seek the best way forward for you and your vehicle before proceeding with any purchase or fitting.
